Last week, with the help of Ottawa Bluesfest...

Jelly Roll Visits The Royal! 💛

"The windshield is bigger than the rearview mirror for a reason because what's in front of you is so much more important than what's behind you."

Last week, with the help of Ottawa Bluesfest, we had the incredible honour of hosting award-winning American country singer and mental health advocate, Jelly Roll, at The Royal!

We are so grateful for Jelly Roll’s advocacy and the time he took to engage with our patients and staff. His inspiring message of “it’s okay not to be okay” shows that vulnerability is courage.

Cara's first six months!

"The Royal is committed to closing the mental health gap so more people can get better care right away, but we cannot do it alone."

In reflecting on her first six months as President & CEO of The Royal, Cara Vaccarino was asked about the role of philanthropy, and how it advances The Royal’s mission.
