"You are receiving this message because we want you to know you matter, you are important, and most of all, you have a wonderful future coming."
To close out the year, our community of empathetic and compassionate donors shared messages of hope to patients at The Royal. The outpouring of kind words, uplifting quotes and personal anecdotes touched the hearts of many.
The messages provided encouragement and positivity to bring a ray of light to people going through trying times. Time and again, we are inspired by the countless ways our donors stand shoulder-to-shoulder with those on their journey to recovery. Thank you for everything you do.
Here are some messages our community shared:
"Tomorrow is a brand new day when anything is possible. Do your best to find something positive in each day."
"Best wishes for your complete recovery. Don’t give up hope. Better days ahead."
"We are wishing you strength and hope. Please know you are not alone."
"When the world says 'give up' HOPE whispers, 'try it one more time!'"
Ricoh Canada brought holiday cheer to The Royal with their annual Holiday Teddy Bear program. The residents of Royal Ottawa Place, a long-term care home located on the grounds of The Royal’s Carling Avenue location, were delighted to receive dressed-up teddy bears and care packages. Thank you to Ricoh for this kind and generous gesture — it truly brightened their day!
